We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, password-protected account, location, role, organization, pathway and hub choices, interests, skills, availability, participation goals, profile visibility choice, membership applications, event registrations, newsletter subscriptions, and communications with us.
When you use the member platform, we also process profile information, hub messages, collaboration opportunities, interest signals, and other content you choose to post. Our hosting, security, and analytics infrastructure may automatically process technical information such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, requested pages, session identifiers, and diagnostic logs.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure accounts; review membership applications; provide onboarding; recommend pathways, hubs, people, programs, and opportunities; operate member chat and collaboration features; manage events and subscriptions; respond to inquiries; moderate conduct; improve the network; keep records; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Consent and communications
We seek consent appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the purpose for which it is used. You may withdraw optional consent at any time, subject to legal or operational restrictions. Marketing and promotional messages are sent only where permitted, identify the sender, and provide a way to unsubscribe. Service, account, security, and event administration messages may still be sent when necessary.
5. Profiles, messages, and community visibility
Your visibility choices help control how profile information is presented. Member chat messages, collaboration posts, your name, hub, and related contributions may be visible to other authenticated members. Do not post confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information unless you have authority and a clear reason to do so.
6. When we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, security, communications, and site operations; to facilitators or partners when needed to deliver a program and you would reasonably expect it; when required or permitted by law; to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity; or in connection with a reorganization or transfer of the organization, subject to appropriate protections.
7. Service providers and processing outside Canada
Our technology providers may store or process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Information processed elsewhere may be accessible to courts, governments, or law-enforcement authorities under local law. We remain responsible for using providers and safeguards appropriate to the services they perform.

Providers may also use technical identifiers for performance, fraud prevention, and diagnostics. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account features from working.
